Marilyn joined THF as the Director of Reba’s Ranch House. Ms. Bice is a long time Grayson County resident and native of the Texas Panhandle. She served as Assistant to the Director of the Posey Leadership Institute at Austin College which supports area nonprofits through leadership and organizational development. She was also responsible for assisting with the Model United Nations Program. An honor dear to Marilyn was being named Mentor of the Year by the international women’s organization, “Women of Visionary Influence”. In the past twenty-five years, she has gained extensive experience in academic volunteerism, cultural diversity and nonprofit leadership.
